Claire Bloom hosts fitness sessions online. These are paid sessions but very good way to get moving. She delivers 30mins fitness sessions five times per week for all ages and all abilities. She has 20years of experience of working in the fitness industry.
She delivers structured and varied workouts, with the same regime each week. Monday is legs, Tuesday focuses on the upper body, Wednesday is upper and lower, Thursday is an abnominal workout performed standing and Friday is single sided workout. You can do these live with Claire, or at a time which works for you as they are recorded. You can also do 2 sessions on one day if you would like to do more exercise.
